Admissions Policies
1. All students shall be considered for admissions in Academia de Sophia International on a first- come – first serve bases.
2. The school reserves the right to refuse enrolment of any student who are not able to fulfill the basic requirements for admissions particularly on the academic, moral and behavioral standards of the school.
3. Reservation fee of P4,000.00 is considered a deposit and is nonrefundable. The reservation policy applies to all enrollees.
4. Admissions policies and procedures apply to all students.
Enrollment Procedure
NEW STUDENT
STEP 1 Get information for available slots.
STEP 2 Submit completed application form with assessment fee of P200.00 (non refundable) and schedule of the examination.
STEP 3 Take the assessment.
STEP 4 Reserve/confirm enrolment (upon passing the qualifying examination) with a reservation – deposit fee of P4000.000.
OLD STUDENT
STEP 1 Confirm re-enrollment by submitting completed reservation form with the required reservation – deposit fee of P4000.00 (nonrefundable).
Note All old students are required to confirm re-enrollment within the specified time.
Qualifying Criteria for Admissions
> passing grade in the qualifying assessment
> qualifying result of any necessary interview
> complete sets of required sets of documents
Admission Decision
>
Accepted. Student is approved for admission. Reservation – deposit fee is required to confirm enrollment. Parent and School Contract is signed.
>
Waiting List. Student is approved for admissions, but with unavailable slot. Enrollees may opt to be put in the waiting list with a refundable fee of 2000 pesos.
>
Not Accepted. Students are not approved for admission for the following reasons:
a. Failure in the qualifying assessment and interview
b. Unavailability of slots
c. Other reasons that are determined by the School to be detrimental to the whole school’s operation
Note: If a slot is not available, new students may be advised to be put in the waiting list with a refundable fee of P2000.00. The office shall advise the student when a slot becomes available within 3 weeks. If after the said period and no slot becomes available, the student may opt to withdraw from the waiting list.
